Today 8/30/25 I came to this CHI location trying to get someone to wrap an open wound that was caused by another CHI location & services was denied due to nurse being backed up with labs. The front desk staff contacted the nurse TWICE for me and the nurse couldn’t even take a minute to come and see what my exact issue was. I was told to go to an ER.
