They ask for you to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to fill up pt documents. However, you do those online like a week before. I arrived on time and the doors were closed. I called customer service and the woman asked me about 10 questions with all personal information when all I asked was is I was asked to be earlier why are the doors closed!
