Swarna in pathology is really good at taking blood tests. I’ve not had one before where I can’t even feel the needle. I also didn’t realise I had to book a particular test and she was very accommodating despite a heavy workload
Receptionist was lovely; unfortunately the GP without even asking me what I was there for told me she couldn’t help me out with prescription… Which wasn’t what I needed. Asking questions like a detective rather than a health professional- then when we eventually got to the point of what I needed; which was administration of medication that I’ve been on for two years with bloodwork to prove it she still refused.
