I feel so safe and taken care of at Narangba Doctors. Their reception staff are all so welcoming and lovely! I see Dr Sumana Shenoy, and she is without a doubt the greatest doctor I have had the privilege of seeing. Dr Sumana Shenoy helped me when I was at my lowest and has supported me and stuck with me ever since. She listens, she understands and she does everything to help her patients. There is truly no one like her. Thank you Dr Sumana Shenoy and Narangba Doctors staff for all that you do! :))
Wait times are getting ridiculous. Seems like there is always patients getting squeezed in for appointments not available to most. Waited up to 30mins-1hr for a booked appointment that was booked a week prior. But if you’re late to an appointment they don’t accomodate your late arrival sometimes they will slot you in if they have availability but most of the time it’s tough luck and potentially still charge you for you not arriving on time.
