I have never gone and not had to wait close to 30 minutes past my appointment time. I find the reception staff pretty blah for the most part. They seem to do their job but nothing more (ie inform you your drs running behind schedule) I even wrote a complaint to the clinic manger once about the drs constantly being behind time and received no response.
