I have never gone and not had to wait close to 30 minutes past my appointment time. I find the reception staff pretty blah for the most part. They seem to do their job but nothing more (ie inform you your drs running behind schedule) I even wrote a complaint to the clinic manger once about the drs constantly being behind time and received no response. I am very blessed to have Dr Nelym as my GP...She is an amazing lady who's expertise is so appreciated by myself and my daughter. Personally, I have been a diabetic for 22 years and she is the first doctor who has shown me the care and concern that is necessary to handle this illness...Her knowledge alone and what can be done to improve my health has been simply amazing. She finds the the time to explain everything to me and I always walk out of her office knowing I am in the best hands for my health. Thank you to the wonder... read more
Two days ago, I would have given this practice a much higher rating. However, a recent experience has been disappointing enough that I’ll now need to find a new doctor and start again elsewhere. To be fair, I do believe the doctors here care about their patients. Unfortunately, the way the practice is run feels inflexible and heavily policy driven.
