Honestly I love this practice, the drs and most of the reception and nurse staff are beyond great. I'd give it 5 stars but there's 1 particular receptionist starting with J that I find to be abrupt, rude, intimidating and honestly I was left crying at how she speaks to me when I've been late or not realised I had an appointment (I have a lot of medical issues/appointments and get confused on occasion), and basically being called up with attitude and told along the lines of "you're late. My whole family goes to Narangba doctor I generally don't have any problems and highly recommend them but today I saw a different doctor and was so appalled with her bedside manner. Today I left in tears !! I will never book in with this doctor Dr Meena Koda ever again and do not recommend her I feel like today was a complete waste of my time and money. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Outstanding care. Clear communication, Every visit feels like I'm being looked after by people who actually care, not just checking boxes on a chart. They listen, they explain, and they don’t rush you out the door. If you want a medical team that blends professionalism with real compassion, this is the place.
The doctors here refuse to listen to their patients I have had multiple back surgeries and a knee surgery Occasionally I get bad flare ups and need pain killers to help sleep I inform the doctors I need something stronger then Panadol fort and they refuse to listen I waste money on the consult then waste money on medication that doesn’t work for me If a patient has informed you something doesn’t work for them you should take this onboard and prescribe something different or stronger I understand the risks and that there are ... read more
If you’re coming to this practice for pain management, don’t The doctors won’t listen or believe you if you say what they prescribe doesn’t work On multiple occasions I’ve informed my doctor I need something stronger then Panadol fort and every time the insist I don’t I feel as if I am talking to a brick wall every time I tell the doctor I am in pain If you’ve got a cold and need a doctors note it’s amazing If you’re trying to better your health and manage your pain Don’t come there
