This place needs to be shut down. Everyone there is very disrespectful, I tell them something is going on with me from the medicine and they don't believe me or they just laugh at me. Very poor bedside manners. I wish dr. Heath was still there and get rid of Sandy.
The most useless urgent care that could ever exist. I called the nurse hotline and even got a referral number and they refused to see me. You might as well go to the ER.
Dr Heath is absolutely amazing I've been seeing him for years, but this office is an absolute circus. I've been asking for 4 months for an order to be called into Banner that is crucial that I have done every 3 months. I get a different excuse or a different answer every time I call in and still it hasn't been resolved. I go through blink health for my medications and they go to call the doctor's office to verify the prescriptions, what happens?
