Dr Heath is absolutely amazing I've been seeing him for years, but this office is an absolute circus. I've been asking for 4 months for an order to be called into Banner that is crucial that I have done every 3 months. I get a different excuse or a different answer every time I call in and still it hasn't been resolved. I go through blink health for my medications and they go to call the doctor's office to verify the prescriptions, what happens? Dr. Heath just moved there, and he is great!
Staff was rude and unprofessional. Three of our scheduled appointments were canceled without our knowledge. When my wife called to check on the appointments, the staff member then demanded we provide proof that they were our children's assigned physician by the end of the day, or else they would cancel our other scheduled appointment. If this office can't handle routine administrative matters, then that gives me a complete lack of confidence in their ability to provide effective care. Dr. Narag is an Amazing doctor. When I brought my son to her, I was begging for help. I didn't know who I could trust with him. He had just almost died an I was scared. We will miss her. Thank you for being so caring. Thank you for always telling us what was best for him. Cause now he's doing Great. Thank you
