Told me if I paid $55 they wouldn’t scrub the inside of my car only vacuum it, he said I needed a $75 one for a proper scrub cleaning. There was a white mark on the door of my car and said they will only clean it for the $75 one. Paid for the $75 clean. When I came back the white mark was still there. I complained about it and he said we don’t clean the fibre you need a fibre cleaning for that. He then proceeded to scrub the white mark off with his cloth. Brought a car with smaller size dimensions of a Mazda 2 and they charged me as a SUV. My Kia stonic to them is charged the same as a Toyota prado just because my car is sold as a “compact suv”. Disappointing approach to business.

Had one of the worse experiences at this car wash today. A young Nepalese man who claimed to be the owner of the business delivered a terrible job cleaning the car. The bird poo on the car was not cleaned at all, dust on the car display and steering wheel was not wiped. When he was asked to fix his mistakes his attitude was horrible. The sweating was extremely uncalled for. Never again will I return to this car wash. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The said “boss” of the businesses is extremely unprofessional.
