Have ordered here several times for delivery. Ordered chicken katsu today, and they called to let me know. I missed the call, and when I called back I was told that someone, I don't know who, said to replace it with beef teriyaki. They are now saying someone picked up the food and delivered it, but I never received my meal. They're telling me I have to go through DoorDash to get a refund, and they refuse to re-send my order.
We order from here because of the online BOGO deal. The chicken katsu is good but they keep forgetting (3x times now) to include the katsu sauce during delivery…which is wild given the name of the dish. Please train your front of house to pay attention to the order details before packing it, otherwise they will lose your restaurant’s patrons. Would be a 3.9 otherwise.
