I don't have much to share re: Outpatient, but I embraced the IN-patient Residential Program back in Dec, 2015. I graduated a 6-month Program in a little over 4 months, not because I was tryin' to, but Maybe because I WASN'T .... I'm Alaskan Native, Aleut Tribe; only 1/4, but that part of me straight TOOK OVER! I began to see who I really am, what make me tick, and figured out how to run ME.
