So beyond disappointed, this is the third time I have tried to give this place a shot but this time was the last. While I must say all the staff is very welcoming and nice, the service does not match. I am only able to get my nails done maybe twice a year because of my job so this hits really hard. I showed an inspo photo, my nails were cut wayyy too short. She cut one showed me(I said ok) and then proceeded to cut them even shorter after matching to the other side. Wanted to love them, but I don't! Ran acrylic all the way to the back of my nail, so on day 2 they are snagging my hair. Painting wasn't good, tried for a design and she is unable to do anything close. Not worth the money.
