My doctor retired several yrs ago and recommended Dr. Naqvi. He said her style and techniques were very similar to his. She is always very professional, as are her staff. It is easy to get in if you need to be seen, she follows up with her patients and holds them accountable for their health. I highly recommend.
She listens well and only orders tests when she thinks they are needed. My last Dr. ran up huge bills running all the test my insurance would pay for.
When I was a patient of Dr Naqvi’s (2020-2021ish) I was beginning my journey to finally figure out what’s going on in my body. She was extremely unprofessional. I was told once in regards to my concern over my rising blood pressure that “normally I just tell my patients to lose weight, but you don’t need to… so I don’t know.” That’s unhelpful enough however she went further into unprofessionalism at our last appointment.I had asked for a referral to a specialist to get an evaluation for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My husband and several family members have seen her and from what I can tell and experienced she only treats symptoms NOT the root cause of the symptoms. My husband almost died because we blindly followed her advice instead of our gut. He had difficulty breathing, fever, fatigue for well over a week and a half. We merely managed a raging fever. Dr. Naqvi is always warm and pleasant to speak to. As a matter of fact, I have found myself telling her more than I planned when I scheduled an appointment. She is an excellent listener.
