Non attentive staff x 2. Preference was to play on their phones. They have cameras there so maybe they should take a look at their productivity and customer service rather than have friends push up the reviews for the brand. You need to give them the deepest eye contact for them to get off their backsides to provide customer service. This is a store not a website.
