My son and I have been frequent customers of Kurt the barber at Nappy or Knot (34758 Warren Road, 1535 S Wayne Rd, Westland, MI 48186) for about 2 years or more. We have never canceled or been a no-show customers. If we were late (no more than 10 which was very rare, I always extended the courtesy via text to let him know. My husband HATES, HATES, HATES waiting on people and he's had to wait on his barber A LOT for the short amount of time he's been going to him. Barber was an hour late today. He's stayed this long, because he can cut some hair, but my husband's time is valuable, because of our home situation, and it's just not respected.
