I waited months for this appointment, just to get a rude, condescending call the day of. The front desk lady (I think her name is Sayuri) tells me I need X-rays from my old dentist — and if I don’t have them, it’s $149 out of pocket or a $70 cancellation fee. None of these fees were mentioned in our first call. Their policy is all messed up, not telling patients about hidden fees. And trying to get X-rays from a different office in a weeks notice.
