Been a patient for a few years and Dr.Lam and the team have been nothing short of kind, flexible, and honest about all my needs. If they can’t do something in house, they’re more than happy to point you in the right direction via their recommendations and general costs associated.

The staff were really nice and helpful, however I was not impressed by the dentist. I was referred here when my dentist was on vacation. He wouldn't believe me when I was explaining my discomfort and his advice, take more pain medication. Did you know you can take more advil than is instructed on the bottle?
Really positive experience with the whole team at this dental practice. Honest, friendly, communicative, helpful, and they are great with my young kids too. Only negative is that my favorite hygenist is retiring in September.
After a delay in dental care, I chose Dr. Nappy Lam, DDS, to help get me back on track—and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Lam and his team were exceptionally kind, compassionate, and gentle in their approach. At no point did I feel judged or blamed for the lapse in care. When it was determined I needed a crown, Dr. Lam clearly explained my options, what to expect during the process, and made my comfort a top priority throughout. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care I received.
