I began using Yuri for HVAC in 2013 and never looked back. I was managing several properties and had only great experiences. More recently, I've asked Yuri to handle a variety of plumbing issues. Regardless of whether the project is HVAC or plumbing he's attentive to our concerns, a problem solver, when we make suggestions he leaves his ego behind and takes whatever approach makes sense.
Yuri came over quick to fix/clean my boiler when I lost hot water. Did a great job! Will be using them moving forward!
It must sound strange for a homeowner to always look forward to contacts and conversations with his HVAC and plumbing contractor. Call me lucky, but the day I called Napora Heating and Cooling for the first time, everything changed. Yuri and Mike are immediately responsive, honest, kind, and thorough.
