Worst pizza I've ever had. Crust was terrible, did not taste like hand thrown pizza. Very little sauce and cheese. It was a dry, thick mess. Will not order pizza there ever again. I usually like Napoli' s food but it was bad last night.

Called a to-go order at 3:45pm. The woman who answered said it would only take 15 mins. called back about 2 mins later and asked that they wait until 4pm to put the order in. The woman said okay and asked what time I would be there to pick up. I stated 4:15 and she confirmed. Got there and they FORGOT to put our order in. They claimed we CANCELLED when we didn't. They Were very rude to us we came in to celebrate a birthday party and we had 10 people with us they never spoke to us nor do they step outside of the restaurant to see if we needed anything we offered to sit outside and the waitress was rude and told us we would have to take our food and drinks to go. everything it good. food and the service
marinara sauce was burnt. garlic knots were obviously from frozen premise and not fresh. chicken parm was overcooked and dry. the shrimp scampi was chemically tasting....i think it was the sauce. only redeeming factor was the good service. luckily for that you barely get a 2/5 from me. I would not recommend this place for good Italian.
The waitress was very professional and friendly constantly checking on me and my grand babies and everyone there was COWBOYS FANS I love my COWBOYS to. The food is always so delicious there and good customer service!!!!!!
