The woman that answers the call to forward u to intake was so rude she hung up on me I called right back and asked... Are u the lady that just hung up on me she hung up again. No ma'am I'm supposed to be in lawsuit for area I once lived in. But she is stopping me filing the claim. I need diff lawyer
Their service is not professional especially considering the industry they are in. The reps take the initial calls and NEVER follow up or calls you back as they promised!!! You call to follow up they keep redirecting to a new person and everything start ALL over. Can’t believe how they are setting up the operation like this?!
