After reading all the reviews I felt I needed to write a review. This firm has been representing me for over a year. Each time I have called my messages were and calls were returned. Written updates were sent advising me of the status of the claim. Today, I called and spoke with Bridgette. She is awesome and answered my questions I needed 2 forms to be completed. We completed the forms to update the information in the file. If you feel that you need an attorney I highly recommend Napoli.
HORRIBLE!!! I HAVE CALLED, EMAILED, LEFT MESSAGES FOR OVER A YEAR I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM ANYONE . THIS HORRIBLE PRACTICE.
