Food was good. Service was ok. But I know that adding a gratuity to someone's check then forcing them to pay it is wrong. I've worked in this industry most of my life gratuity is customers way of thanking a server,not the servers way robbing the customer. Thanks won't be back. -

So sorry for the mixup. It does state on the menu that 20% will be added to the tab if there are 6 or more guests. If you would like a refund we will do so. The server wasn’t trying to rob you, he was doing his job. He’s a great employee and does a great job.
RecommendedMy husband and I had an awesome time! The food was so delicious! Especially the Cannoli cake and the Bomba Gelato! Definitely worth coming back to!

Napoli's is a hidden gem in Burlington! Great service, food and atmosphere! We tried a special which was spectacular!
I have always had the most amazing meals here. We especially love the Pizza, which in my personal experience, is easily better than any Chicagoland Pizzeria. We stop in every time we are in the area!
Nice place! Food and service were wonderful! 😄 The only negative we had was the awful music that they play. It sounded like Mexican Rap sang in some type of Italian-awful!! We will be back for sure but hopefully they have better taste in music by then 😏

Amazing food and an amazing family. We never travel to Wisconsin and not make a special trip to endulge in their eats and company!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!
