Dr.fedderke did amazing with my bearded dragon! The entire was super friendly. Thank you guys again!
Love this place! We rescued a dog and they worked with us so we could get him healthy. He is blind and they go above and beyond to make sure he is as comfortable as he can be. I've never seen dogs happy to go to the vet until we started going here! Great customer service!
Me and my husband were very grateful they got our little Gizmo in for an appointment the same day we called. The Dr. Pontius and all the staff we talked to were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and put our worried minds at ease. But most importantly our new little puppy is feeling better already. Happy to have such a great caring place for our pets right here in the community.
The entire staff is very caring and informative. They also work with you and also schedule you an appointment swiftly. I have many many more good things to say. I will always bring my fur family to them.
As one of Napoleon's vendors I can tell you that they are second to none... They have some of the greatest staff personnel around, so friendly and helpful (and remember I am one of their sales reps; if they are this pleasant and accommodating to me then I can only imagine how they treat their patients and customers). Each of the four doctors are extremely educated and professional, practicing best medicine and using the latest and greatest technology in veterinary care. Napoleon Veterinary Clinic consists of a great, friendly staff who are all willing to help and answer any questions you may have. They are knowledgeable and will love on your pet as if it's their own. My pup loves visiting the clinic and I look forward to continuing to allow this facility to meet my growing puppy's needs.
