Terrible customer service for technical support! A wait time of over 3 hours only to be disconnected. Virtual assistant time over 40 min without knowing if you are actually on hold. Warranty submit claim portal- no real indication that your claim went through as it did not ask for your email (how are they going to contact you?).
Customer service was a worse word than horrible! Bought a gas bbq and had to hire a gas fitter to tighten both flare fittings. This should have been tightened from the factory as the marker check indicated. Contacted them about the situation (2 times)and was told that I would receive a call by the end of the day. 5 days later I call back only to walk through the whole explanation process again, get put on hold twice and finally told that I have to call customer solutions. My Napoleon Rebel gas grill developed what I consider to be a serious safety issue. During normal operation, flames began escaping from an area where they should never be present—between the burner assembly and the gas control area—instead of remaining confined to the burner ports. Not sure what happened to their customer service. No one answers the phone. Says 1hr wait.Stayed on the line for 3hrs and they cut me off. Customer service used to be amazing. Very disappointed.
