We purchased a new 9700 Series furnace as part of our energy savings back in 2016. The furnace is their top of the line product without top of the line service. The bureaucracy that you have to go through to get your furnace repaired is pushed onto the consumer who purchased the furnace. Firstly, if you need a part, a part which is under warranty, you are told that Napoleon does not sell parts. Called Napoleon in Barrie to ask for product price and male salesperson was snarky and rude. I was polite. Lots of other similar products to buy elsewhere for less but wanted to support local. I am a Contractor, so if they are not helpful before purchase, I would not expect better after-service treatment. Second bad experience. Treating people respectfully is why I have repeat referrals. Cross Napoleon off your list.
