If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Experience with Napoleon Fireplaces has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. This is a brand-new fireplace in a new build, yet it has had ongoing issues that were never properly resolved. The worst part has been the service experience. Appointments were scheduled over and over again, and technicians simply did not show up. No calls, no follow-ups, no accountability. Do they even operate a customer service line anymore? Called 3 times and waited an hour each time with no answer Embarrassing.
Phoned to try and ascertain some information on a Napoleon fireplace. When making the phone call I was calm and tactful. Ended up talking to a Chris in Sales. My calm and tactful demeanor was met with impatience and a “this is not my problem, don’t call here” attitude. Sorry Chris from Sales if you were having a bad day but you were very unprofessional and frankly the way I was spoken too was disgusting.
Came here for part as brand new BBQ had a cracked lid. They tell me they are not part of napoleon but yet they are attached to the manufacturing facility. Gave a me a 1-888# and let me standing there. So poor product and now poor service too. Try to buy Canadian but should have stuck with Weber.
