This property is located in the heart of DT. Great restaurants and easy I-5 access. I spoke with Jamey on the phone and she provided me with all the Info I need to make an informed decision. I LOVE it when I am able to speak with a person that knows her job. I feel confidant in her ability to answer my questions and give me truthful answers. and I LOVE that anytime I have called that I do not get sent to voice mail... that is the worst. Great property and great staff.
I’m in my second year living at Napoleon, and it’s been a great experience. I was nervous about moving to Tacoma at first, but I ended up in the right apartment, and in one of the best cities I’ve ever lived in. The building is less than 20 mins walk to buses, train stations, restaurants, pubs, cozy coffee spots, and all the downtown Tacoma nightlife. Yet, zero noises! A place I’m proud to call home! I toured once and went home and applied for the apartment I saw. Everyone is very friendly. Laticha is a rare gem! She goes above and beyond for everyone. Napoleon wouldn’t be the same without her. Everyone in management is great, Jamie and even Ralph. They’re always available via phone or email if you ever have a concern or email. Pet friendly. My dog has even become the community dog. Everyone knows her! Thank you to everyone who makes napoleon what it is.
i love this apartment! the outdoor spaces and people who work here make it feel like home. i especially appreciate Laticha, for always having a smile on her face and being super positive! she always makes everyone i know here, including myself, feel welcome, supported, and just overall puts in her best effort every day. i also love how clean everything is always kept. any issues are always handled with care, and the staff make this the best living space in my opinion.
Great place to live, and friendly and helpful management team. Highly recommend!
