I purchased a CRV-Hybrid Touring edition from Napleton's and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone on the sales team was so helpful and professional. I have brought my CRV in for service and oil changes, etc and I have to say their service department is amazing and so helpful as well. I have to give every employee that I have dealt with at this dealership a 5 star rating. We were very interested in a new 2012 Honda Civic LX. We negotiated a specific out-the-door price and financing rate with their online representative, Tina,via email. She assured us this price had been approved by her management and the car was ready to be picked up. I took the day off of work and we made the 1.5 hour drive to the dealership.
