Agree with several of the other reviews, Avoid them! They ripped off my 80 year old sister.Took Total Advantage of her! Went to buy a car for $15,500 which came to $19,000 with taxes etc.. She was conned into 3 different "Warranties" which totaled almost $8,000. There were also other absurd overpriced add Ons, So, her $15,000 car was now going to cost her $30,000! So far we have gotten them to cancel two of those.

we have spoken to Mr. P***** whom is the son of Barbara. We have discussed that she agreed to purchase a vehicle and then decided to upgrade insurance coverages and warranties voluntarily. Mr. P***** agreed with us after providing documentations that she agreed to upgrades and following our conversation he spoke with his mother and convinced her to change her mind and remove them, This does not mean we did anything wrong. We have cancelled all additional items and issued a full refund to her loan balance.

BEWARE: these guys don't communicate well and don't follow through. I bought a 2023 Outback in summer 2024 from Huffman Subaru. The process of buying the car went fairly smoothly, but getting the dealership to follow through on our agreement has proven to be impossible. As part of the purchase we agreed that floor mats would be added and Huffman would provide/install a wireless phone charger in the car. Just replaced my 2018 ****** with a brand new 2024 Tiguan! I had the pleasure of working with *****. He is so knowledgeable and patient and enthusiastic! ***** makes the process easy! Muller Auto group is topnotch! I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else!
Long story short: 1. This dealership puts a LoJack on all new and used cars, and they make you pay for it ($798). They tell you they won't take the device off from the car nor will they waive the cost. You have to argue and argue and argue with them (of course it takes lots of time), they will eventually remove the LoJack and eliminate the fee. 2. I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback from Napletons Palatine Subaru. This was my wifes first car purchase using her own income and loan. Still having to pay to fix the repairs done at ******* Subaru of Auburn 3 years later. This is truly a never ending nightmare. Over the course of a few short months, they convinced me I needed nearly $5k in repairs. Shortly after, I was having issues with the car and trying to resolve it after I moved away.
