I would never ever buy a car from this dealership again. They lie, you have to constantly call them to make sure they are doing their jobs. The car buying process was ridiculous and took months. I was looking for a new car. All my past cars I had purchased used cars from family so I was not used to the process of dealing with dealerships. I had to look during the worst time to buy a car. They are charging $3,000 above MSRP for people trading in Subaru's. They are charging $***** MSRP above for non Subaru owners. I can understand an up-charge due to the current market. They are also charging $1,000 above it if you are customizing and buying direct from Subaru. I spoke with another dealership after leaving there and they do NOT charge extra when buying direct from Subaru. Good afternoon,I had my car wash and was not happy with it. So I spoke with the attendant and showed him the front of my car. It was still dirty and had dead bugs. The attendant advise me to go to the store and buy a bottle of bug removal. When I asked him if he could run the car through the wash again he told me no. That I would wasting my money. Customer service through Napleton Subaru was an issue from the start, but we kept reminding ourselves we had a good experience years prior, and continued to push through the process. During the negotiation of a brand new car, the topic of a trade in was discussed. We leased a Subaru Forester in 2017 at Napleton. Our lease was up in August 2020. We went back to Napleton in June 2020 to lease another Forester. This was our first experience leasing. BEWARE!!! I would give a 0 Stars if I could.. I had a friend drive my Subaru over for a Eye Sight re-calibration after the windshield was replaced because I was out of town. **(The car was previously hit and already had the eye sight fixed and re-calibrated by a different Subaru Dealer once before..
