One of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've had- and definitely not what you expect to hear from a used car purchase but Lorenzo was pleasant, prompt and easy to work with. I saw the vehicle I was interested in online and Lorenzo worked with me over the phone to make things happen since I wasn't local. He and Andrea had everything firmed up within a day.
This place has been a hassle ever since my husband signed off on the sale. New car , zero miles, and he had to bring it back the next day for a knocking sound. Not only did the work take over a week, they didn't offer him a loaner vehicle or a rental of any kind. The service department hardly ever answers the phone the multiple other times we've had to bring it in. We purchased the tire warranty and had to have a tire patched recently.
