Bought a used Chrysler Pacifica hybrid from this dealership last year. Cannot get the used clean energy vehicle tax credit for $4,000 because they did not submit a time of sales report. Their accounting team is refusing to submit it late even with the IRS giving permission to do so. I do not recommend buying an EV from them since I am missing out on $4,000 unless it is remedied.

They provided me with a loaner vehicle while they arranged for someone to clean my engine bay and detail the interior of my truck. The goal was to eliminate the antifreeze smell.
