I can not say enough good things about Service Advisor Brittany Harper. Every time I have brought in my Ram truck or Grand Caravan for a simple oil change or for a unexpected repair, she is there with a big smile and gets all concerns taken care of in a very timely manner. Brittany is the reason why I am a repeat service department customer and will continue to bring my vehicles to Napelton Chrysler Dodge and Jeep for service.
