I bought a used car at Napleton. The A/C didn't work. I said I would buy the car if they fixed the A/C. The fixed the A/C and at the same time broke the heater. They refuse to fix the heater. This must be the most worst car dealing in St. Louis. Don't Don't Don't take the risk of buying a used car from them. They are cheaters and scammers. I was told, It's a used car, what do you expect?
Rubbish. Took 3 days to get someone in sales to call me back and then they added 6k to the advertised price. Don’t waste your time here.
Making payments on a truck we haven't had in over a month now with payments being 540 + 200 for insurance a month don't forget to add the $50 for the loaner in case they need to clean an already dirty truck. This location consistently provides terrible customer service. Unfortunately, I have to keep patronizing this location due to my extended warranty being tied to the Jeep dealership where I purchased my car. I have had several issues with this location, most recently an appointment I had scheduled to get a part replaced. They were supposed to order it in early February, when I paid for the part and service in advance.
