I took our vehicle in for service today and had some issues. I posted about my experience, and they have reached out to remedy the situation. The prompt call is a good sign.
I dropped off my van on Tuesday for service and returned on Thursday, only to find out that it hadn’t even been looked at. No updates, no communication, nothing. When I asked about the issue, I was told that the work required was “body shop related” and that they don’t handle it — something that could have been communicated upfront. I’m kinda glad thing went the way they did. I don’t like liars or people that like to play games. I saw a car online that I was interested in and and reached out to this dealer and the said for me to fill out an online app which I did. Nobody ever reached back out to me about the car but I noticed that my credit took a hit from said app. Now all of a sudden the car is sold.
There was a person I called, answered in reservations at 5:32 PM on 02/10/26. They were EXTREMELY rude. It started by me calling and getting answered by reservations I think. I asked for sales and they transferred me. I kept trying to get over to sales and it kept hanging up automatically. When I finally got back it was reservations again.
