Tried to sell me a truck that had issues, I bailed on the purchase at the last minute after finding a transmission leak and they then tried to tell me "it was scheduled to go in the shop next week!" Which was total BS, they would have let me drive away in a heartbeat. I also looked at a car that was recently taken in and the tires were bald. I asked if they would replace the tires and they said NO. Another lie, it would never pass inspection with those tires. This is your typical used car experience, buyer beware!!

Cody, Richie & Greg were all so wonderful to work with! Not only did we leave the lot in one new car, but two & still stayed within our budget. My husband and I had our two young children with us & they were all so accommodating, friendly & made the whole process very easy & fun for us. 100% recommend & will buy from them again!
The service department is so called ran by a call center out of town.. says they didn’t have any technicians or service the type of car AFTER they had confirmed the appointment on the phone and for this type of car. How unprofessional and a waste of time and gas. Really regret working with Napleton for such difficulty and unease with service and anything after purchasing this vehicle 👎👎
