I want to preface this review by saying I have lived in the Chambana area for over 12 years now, and have heard of the overall Napleton's reputation through the years. I came in for a new set of keys. Process took longer than expected. It was close to closing time. I went up to the receptionist to pay, and i tell her I came prepared and I have cash. She says exact change only because she already counted the register. I ask if I paid card will she take off the card fee. She says she can’t do that. So basically she forced me to pay extra than I should have because the receptionist was too lazy to count cash.
Jeff was excellent to work with. He was very informative, patient, and never made us feel rushed. He let us test drive 4–5 different vehicles until we actually found the right one, which I really appreciated. That alone made this a much better experience than most dealerships. I usually have a pretty poor experience when it comes to the finance side, but Pete, the finance manager, completely changed that.
