Terence was amazing. He was very welcoming and very helpful during the whole process
I visited Naples Auto twice for a check engine light (under warranty). The first visit cost $169 and the second $179, but the issue was never resolved. Later, another service diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and repaired it at no cost. I was disappointed that Naples Auto couldn’t identify the issue despite charging for two visits.
