Worst experience ever. Scheduled a test drive appointment, the salesman was throwing unreasonable and non-negotiable price all the time with rude attitude and not talking about test drive at all. After hearing we are not accepting the price and have lower price offer at other dealer, the salesman refused to show us the car nor test drive. Totally ridiculous. Don't come to this place if you want a good car buying experience.
Multiple calls and text after showing interest in a vehicle, so we made an appointment, 10 hours in advance. Wanted to see a vehicle and drove 90 miles. We we arrive we are told the vehicle was unavailable. No one cared to call to let us know, but had been receiving spam texts, videos, and calls about purchasing the vehicle.
Called 4 separate times to speak with someone in sales. I get transferred, nobody picks up.
Jordan was our salesman and he was very helpful and easy to talk to. We were able to to get in and out within a reasonable amount of time, and we love our new car!
