I came in looking for a vehicle I wasn’t sure what I wanted, I’m autistic and my biggest fear is someone judging me for not understanding. Aaron was very nice and answered all my questions. He was very busy but made sure I was taken care of along with everyone else.
We love our Kia5 but when we bought it they registered our car in my husband’s name only. they never asked but the trade in was in both of our names plus we had a personalized license plate. I was very unhappy and the guy said oh you can just get it changed well it is costing us $53. Plus 75 to change the plates. We had waited around so long but we should not have taken the car home. Very unhappy with the service.
Excellent experience with the staff. Very attentive and helpful. Not pushy or slimy at all.
