very bad service.. I paid a $1,000 deposit with an agreement that I would pick up the car in a few days, and the employee called in 2 days and said the car was sold for a higher price. He did not warn that he was selling the car. moreover I have to wait about a week for my money. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Poor business skills, poor management structure. I asked to speak with the General Manager and he refusss his customer any time to talk. Poor poor business, stay away, do your self a favor.

I went to Napleton's Mazda of Countryside to purchase a Mazda 2023 CX-50 on 09/29/2023. Everything was going well until ******* openly admitted that besides ********'s price on the vehicle, there was an additional $2,000.00 charge. According to him it was due to CX-50's being in such a high demand. ******* sensed that I was not pleased with this as I was trying to stay in a certain range as far as the car payment is concerned. Very Very dishonest I bought a auto from them and paid way more than the car was worth,6 months later the transmission went out lucky I purchashed after market warrantee supposed to have had ****** miles on.the ****, that was 8/19 now I have ****** thats ****** in a little more than2years im 68 years old and only drive 4-7 miles a day. Very dishonest. Awful experience; we purchased a “low mileage used vehicle” here. Less than a week later the vehicle was undrivable. The company would not return phone calls and we could not get straight answers out of them as to what was wrong with our car. They said they would look at it and see about repair of the car; then replaced the engine without ever getting our consent to do so- and with an engine from a salvage yard at that. they are dishonest, unprofessional, they press people - so far we have not received a refund for the cancelled guarantee-they even didn't cancelled it on the date we signed the contract.Never ever this dealership!!!!!
