We purchased a used 2024 Altima and wish we would have shopped elsewhere! The sales team reached out many times to my daughter, trying to get her come to test drive a car she inquired about. She explained we were 90 miles away but agreed to schedule a time. She set up an appointment that morning for a time after 6pm. When we get there, we are told the vehicle was unavailable due to the sunroof being left open and water getting in. This is a pathetic excuse for a service provider. Two and a half weeks to hold onto a vehicle just to change one rim is ridiculous. It took us coming into the Service Center IN PERSON for this useless collection of front desk staff and auto assistants to even start working on my car after we’d been told 4 days prior that it should be done that same day; not to mention that trying to get any update from our “personal auto assistant” was like pulling teeth.
