We drove 7 hours from Missouri, with an appointment scheduled, to buy a Mazda CX90. They called when we were 45 minutes away and told us someone else was looking at it. We tried to give a down payment over the phone so they wouldn’t sell it and they would not take our payment. We arrived at the dealership and was given the run around, the manager would never come out to talk to us, and in the meantime they sold said vehicle. Poor business ethics in my opinion. The car was great. However the dealership was not impressive. The service was very slow. The part that I really had an issue with was the lack of attention they paid to the car. We were told they were taking the car to detail it and fill it with gas. 45 minutes later we get it back the tank was not full and it was still dirty. If we hadn't already spent 4 hours there we would have sent it back.
Hamed was great! He made our car buying experience super easy and smooth. Highly recommend!
All the advisors are very understanding and will get the vehicle in and out within a timely matter
