Very disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle in May and still have not received my license plates. My wife now got pulled over yesterday and received tickets and now I have to go to court To try and explain that This dealership has neglected to send me the plates after multiple attempts. The communication has been terrible. I have been told multiple times that I will receive callbacks to no avail. Horrible experience after purchase. Purchased vehicle out of state. Received vehicle on day 1 with a check engine light, reported it immediately to sales person. If I was in the same state I would’ve brought it back and had them fix it but I’m 1,500 miles away. No help was offered, salesman was quick to say they have no intention of participating, again check engine light upon first start up 0 miles put in the car. no call from a sales manager I had to call them.
