Did not have a good experience with the service department. Short story: They diagnosed my 2022 Jeep compass issues incorrectly and wanted to charge me $1200 for a fix that would not have solved the issue. Long story: Originally I brought my car in because it was not turning on, sometimes it would turn on but then would not turn off and I had to unplug the batteries. Has anyone else had service department problems at Napleton Chrysler/Jeep in Arlington Heights- because this is becoming crazy! Last year I had the best experience when repairing my car so I became a repeat customer- my appointment was 7/7 at 8:00am - Over a week later I still do not have a diagnosis, a quote- Nothing but vague responses via text from a service department employee and a service department manager who won’t return any of our phone calls🤬
