Jeep Buyer beware. Let me start off by saying I have bought 2 Jeep vehicles and liked both. However, my 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee had a delamination manufacturers defect with the Uconnect which sits in the middle and controls the radio, temp, navigation, etc. This repair cost me $1,550.00 Jeep is well aware of this problem and had recalls on the 2019. Was interested in a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. Called the dealership on Monday and was literally transferred 4 times because other than the operator, no one would answer the phone. Called next day, finally talked to someone from internet sales and set up appointment to view vehicle. Three hours before my appointment, was called and told vehicle had to go to service. Asked why, was told issue from a test drive or recall. Parts would be in Monday. Monday called and went through phone transfers again. Finally got a salesman who would ... read more
