Had a really good experience buying my new car! Rod Pope was super helpful and patient with us throughout the whole process. He answered all of our questions and helped me find something I really liked without making me feel pressured. Everything went smoothly and I’m very happy with my new car. The only Mitsubishi certified service department in the area. Had to have my EGR cooler replaced and was sent off with my coolant tank being bone dry. Thankfully I had my husband with me who checked my fluids before I even left the lot. Almost 2 weeks later and I am still receiving messages that my part is ready for pickup. I really hope the part on my vehicle was actually replaced. Would not recommend

Contacted the dealership multiple times in the last few weeks to request a copy of my sales invoice for tax purposes. Emailed, called, and texted but have had no luck getting this invoice.
