They repaired our 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander, they reconnected a wire that animals chewed up. They wanted to replace the entire wiring harness but insurance did not want to pay for it. We got the car back and the same thing started to happen. It is now at another dealer, they have told us the connections are all messed up and the clips that hold it together are broken. So now, we need new connectors and ANOTHER part due to your faulty workmanship!
Worked with Billy who is new and was assisted by Jeff. My wife was with me show they were in for some work but they were up for the challenge. They helped find a great car for me and got it to the price my wife was happy with. There is an amazing amount of vehicles here both new and used so if your in the market for anything come by here.
My family and I have gone to Napletons for several of our vehicles. I popped in today with my father to ask some questions about my vehicle and the gentleman who helped me, despite me doing all the talking and my father not making a peep, only was making eye contact and talking to my dad. He even handed my dad the business card despite me being the ONLY one who did any talking with the gentleman, and my dad was literally only breathing behind me. It felt very rude and sexist.
Jeff was great. He showed us the cars we asked for and worked with us on financing to get a deal we were all ok with. He was friendly and helpful
