Purchased a new Mazda at this dealership. When it came to the financing it was a bad experience. Finance person **************** Was not honest about total cost of an extended warranty. He also sneaked in Tire protection and prepaid maintenance that I never requested. Went back to cancel warrantys but they were not helpful. Buyer beware.

the advertised price online was $1,290.00 different than the price we were charged.we went up to their store with a cashiers check for $18,030.00. and purchased the car,for $17,296.00 we have not received the balance which is $400.00 plus dollars,they have had plenty of time to resolve this issue.we bought the car on 10-09-2021.

Bait and switch tactics used by Mazda Palatine dealership. White 2020 Mazda CX5 touring vehicle listed on line for sale and found in the inventory of the dealership but sales manager would not sell it to us. We were told that it needed to remain a loaner vehicle for 60 days. We asked when the vehicle would be available to purchase but the manager would not tell us when that 60 day timeframe was up. Dealership wanted to sell us a 2021 vehicle instead.
