I brought my 2021 Rogue Sport SL in for oil change and diagnosis for shaking; I was told I needed front struts and price was over $2,00!! I returned a few days later when my motor fan went out and quoted $1,800 ( total almost $4,000!!!). I ended up looking at vehicles to purchase ($4,000 for repairs, I figured a down payment on another vehicle would be less) and was referred to Anna-Marie by my service person. I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff did not explain the prices before starting the work, and the service quality was far below acceptable. What made things even worse was the service manager’s attitude—rude, unprofessional, and constantly talking over me instead of actually listening. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept blaming me, saying that I had “already signed,” as if that excused their lack of communication.
