I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff did not explain the prices before starting the work, and the service quality was far below acceptable. What made things even worse was the service manager’s attitude—rude, unprofessional, and constantly talking over me instead of actually listening. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept blaming me, saying that I had “already signed,” as if that excused their lack of communication.
