I’ve modified my review to a neutral three stars because I heard from a customer representative who is going to try to make the situation better. I’m going to give them an opportunity to complete the agreed upon repair and provide a key. I will report back how this goes. Do NOT deal with this dealership. I have been waiting for my 2nd key that belongs to me when I purchased a Maserati Levante from this dealership on May 28th Memorial Day. I was promised VIP attention, which I didn’t get, my salesman changed three times. It’s now July 17th and I have made over five attempts to get them to send my key to the proper address. They sent my key to the wrong address three times after I’ve given them my address three times. I booked an appointment and then the car went up $3k, everyone gaslit me into saying oh that can happen. Then nobody could find the keys as I waited 2 hours to test drive. When I wanted to leave my car was blocked by another car, felt like I was held hostage in a circus.

Jubohre the Salesman and Dylan the manager was nice to work with and got me my car! Great purchase experience!
