Update on 10/30: I spoke with Angela from the customer relations team. She was very helpful and empathetic with my situation. She is working on my situation to get the extra charge reversed. I truly appreciate her active listening and quick action. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Do not go here. Please save yourself. I called Mid Rivers and ask about a 2025 Nissan Versa they have advertised, spoke with Dennis asked if there’s anything wrong with this car 🚗 he said there’s nothing wrong 😑 but when I drove 2hrs to buy it the car had a lot of hail damage and scratches and dents, it is ridiculous 😱, I know I was trying to buy a low end vehicle. Sure would hate to see what they try to pull off on the Maserati cars. Then they act like they had no clue about the damage 🤓.. Update…..
