Go literally ANYWHERE else to purchase your vehicle! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle purchase! First, the number they gave us after their random fees was over $7,000 more than the price posted online! We have had nothing but problems between having to make multiple trips just to get the vehicle when we live over an hour away, they cut the locking lug nuts off because they didn’t have a key and replaced them with silver lug nuts so now each tire has 1 silver and the rest black lug nuts, promise... read more
Great experience, especially with the financing team and management, making the process of buying a car well laid out and clear with all fees and additions being well defined. Paperwork was simple and easy to follow along with, even with the complicated nature of the tax implications associated with the electric vehicle credit.

He made sure he got me my first pick, my dream car "Mercedes-Benz GLA AMG", He said, "I will get you the car you want, we work with over 70 Lenders." Ive bought many vehicles thru dealerships and this is by far the worst one I've been to. Any good review on here is a paid review and not a true reflection of the company. Stay far away from this place. I wish I would have checked Google reviews before I bought anything from them!
We called the morning before going to look at a specific car, and they said it was still there. We drove 2 hours just for them to tell us that it was sold yesterday. We said we would still look at other cars, and then a salesman just ignored us and disappeared for 15 minutes so we left. Yet after we left I continued to get messages about that car and asking if I made it to my VIP appointment. It was incredibly difficult to get a sales rep on the phone.
