We were promised “very aggressive discounts” and even a so-called VIP service. I actually took time off to come in. Instead, no one showed up on time, and we ended up with the same salesperson who had already left us waiting an hour the day before. I purchased a vehicle on 8/2/25. The vehicle had some defects that were discussed at the time of sale. I was verbally and in writing informed to obtain estimates and send them in, and the dealership would then send us a payment. I sent over everything a week ago and was told that it would be reviewed and addressed the same day; however, they are giving me the runaround.
