Josh Moore at Maserati service is great! Over the past two months, I’ve brought my car in three times for minor issues and each time he’s been responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Leading up to the sale they were very responsive. My salesman was Mahan and he was very energetic and helpful. He gets 5 stars. As soon as the sale was finished they were done. I live 2 hours away, so it is difficult to just stop by. I have called and left messages with various people including my salesman, and nobody returns a call. UPDATE: My salesman Mahan was fantastic.
