I am very pleased with the experience I had at Napleton Mid Rivers Maserati last weekend. The entire staff was helpful, thoughtful, and friendly, and I never felt pressured like I have at other dealerships. They are replacing the cracked windshield and even driving the vehicle to Columbia, where I’m from, so I don’t have to make another trip to St. Louis—at no extra cost to me. No hassle experience. We paid a fair price. Salesman and finance department were easy to work with.
All calls/phones diverted to answering machine. When you get there physically with your car, no authority to deal with. Each person transfers you to another and final one says; ohh, we don't do that here.. Unprofessional...
