Would have loved to give them 5 stars however as important as the sale is, the after sale, and our salesperson wont even answer a text. Sad really. **Update, 4 months later, changed to 1 star Called to schedule an oil change. Service department too busy to answer phone, left a message, never called back. Im headed to Nappervile Maserati, answered and were pleasant in getting me set up.

I brought my Levante here to be serviced a few times. There was never a loaner. I inquired on a wheel alignment and waa told they did not have a machine to perform this service. I waa referred to Firestone.

I recently bought a used 2015 Quattraporte from Napleton Aston Martin/Maserati. My wife and I took a 10.5 hour train trip to look at a car I had purchased only by pictures and face time calls. I purchased the car before I actually drove it but was trusting in the word of the dealership to secure the deal and not lose what I believed to be a great purchase. This was my second purchase here, and once again, it was a great experience. Dina is the best sales person, she help me with everything! The rest of the team is always friendly, easygoing, and very upfront—no games, no pressure. It’s honestly hard to find dealerships like this nowadays. Highly recommend!
