Well, in the end I was able to get a decent price for the car I wanted, and they diid come up significantly on my trade in value. However if you are expecting more than just a car purchase this isnt the place to go. Zero reply or follow up at any time from sales person post purchase. A great blessing in disguise though, tried to book a simple oil change and they couldnt be bothered with that either, however Masseratii of Napperville could! Would have loved to give them 5 stars however as important as the sale is, the after sale, and our salesperson wont even answer a text. Sad really. **Update, 4 months later, changed to 1 star Called to schedule an oil change. Service department too busy to answer phone, left a message, never called back. Im headed to Nappervile Maserati, answered and were pleasant in getting me set up.

I brought my Levante here to be serviced a few times. There was never a loaner. I inquired on a wheel alignment and waa told they did not have a machine to perform this service. I waa referred to Firestone.
