This letter details a series of unprofessional and concerning interactions I experienced at the Napleton Lincoln of Blue Island service department during the week of August 11, 2025. My purpose was to schedule a simple inspection and subsequent repair of an oil leak, which is covered under my Ford Extra Care service contract. UPDATE: This is a follow-up to the post I made last month. After reviewing my feedback, General Manager Gene Kennedy personally reached out to ensure my concerns were addressed. Shop Manager Jordan Walker was attentive, apologetic for the error, and provided a more than fair and reasonable resolution. I'm very pleased with the outcome and look forward to continuing as a loyal customer at Napleton Lincoln of Blue Island. Thank you to the team for the great service!
I would like to thank Scott Burdelik and the team at Blue Island Lincoln for helping me purchase a 2025 Nautilus Hybrid. I did a lot of searching and I love the SUV. My Mom purchased her last car there and now I understand why.
