I have been coming to Napleton on 127th for over 9 years I never had a problem till now I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and it took them two weeks to get the paperwork together that was needed for them to say my extended warranty didn’t cover it because of maintenance or something needed to be done on my vehicle how would I know if the dealership don’t tell me they have a young boy working in service that didn’t know how to file a claim I had to damn near file the claim for him I was on the phone with Endurance war... read more
