Worst car buying experience ever. i was charged over the advertised price by $3250, charged a $3000 experience fee, and was charged $3000 for a warranty that i declined. I asked for the warranty to be removed after finding out i was charged for it, I asked for the experience fee to be removed and the advertise price to be honored. My wife and I live in NC and purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango from salesperson Gee. Gee sent us photographs of the vehicle at our request which showed zero damage to the body of the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle at the asking price and arranged for it to a carrier service to deliver the vehicle to our home.
