Do not use Ken Graff Kia in Avondale. They are grade A scam artists. Leased a car for what was agreed upon 12k miles per year. I e signed docs on a computer that was extremely hard to see everything and it was for 10k. My fault for trusting them, live and learn, but what a total scam. I had 3 people with me all said I wanted a lease with 12k the sales department knew that's what I wanted. Something got changed between sales and leasing. Buyer beware, there are plenty of car dealerships in the west Valley. Avoid Ken Garff
I had my 2014 Kia Sorento towed to Mike Kelly Kia on 4/11. On 4/16 i received a call from the service department stating that i needed a throttle body and a catalytic converter for $5,500.00. When i went in to talk to the service individual about the multipoint inspection, he would not give me the report. He said the report was the property of the dealership. It took 3 visits to get the correct part ordered/installed on my 2008 KIA Sportage.....that being said, the Service/Repair crew were/ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they made waiting on all 3 days worthwhile and entertaining to say the very least!!! IF I were staying in California, I would without a doubt schedule all my future appointments with these folks!!!
This dealership has caused me emotional distress, anxiety, mental anguish from what they done to me, and covered it up. I’ve contacted Kia America multiple times regarding ongoing safety issues with my vehicle, and even they have struggled to get proper responses from this dealership. My legal team has also been waiting for updates, but communication has been extremely poor. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, they responded with a cash settlement offer that is honestly a joke, considering this is an unsafe vehicle with serious problems. Horrible car dealership. They do not hold cars (even if you were going to buy it later in a week and set an appointment), sellers do not communicate with each other and will compete to get the sales as soon as possible and the highest price possible.
