I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Hyundai dealership. The customer service was beyond disappointing—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The employees, especially the men, were condescending and dismissive, making sexist comments and acting as if I didn’t know anything about cars. To make matters worse, they failed to fix the issue I originally came in for, and the service they did complete was rushed and sloppy. Dylan was great!
While I was pleased with all the service advisors there, Zach was awesome! He not only saved me a trip by squeezing an oil change while I was there, he saved me money on the service cost, and gave me helpful tips on where and how to mount my front license plate. While there are four Genesis dealerships all about equidistant from my house, I plan on staying loyal to Napleton, mostly because of Zach.
Zach was great and did everything I had requested him to do for me.
I am always impressed with Zach, my service advisor at Napleton Hyundai, he knows what my car needs when I need it. he is very professional and confident.
