Have had a horrible experience that is lasting 3 months and counting. Purchased a brand new 2026 Ioniq 5 back in December. They gave us the wrong car. I went to this dealership today specifically because they had a vehicle advertised on CarGurus at a price that fit the budget I set for my daughter. Upon arrival, I was told by the “VIP” manager that CarGurus “lied” and could post any price they want, and that the actual price was $3,000 higher. That explanation is both questionable and inconsistent, especially considering every other dealership I contacted honored the exact pricing listed on CarGurus and Carvana.
