This has to be the worst service experience ever my wife has been here 3 weeks in a row for a battery issue, that they couldn't figure out. From the service managers, techs, customer service i mean horrible. Would love to give more details but they aren't worth it. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY SHOPPING HERE!!!
Worst experience ever with Napleton Hyundai on Dunn road! I initially brought my 2018 Genesis in due to bad connectivity issues with battery. I recently bought a new battery from autozone, the dealership stated I needed my connections tightened and cleaned problem solved. This did not resolve the issue so 3 days later the car was brought back to the dealership where it stayed for 1 week. They stated we can’t recreate the issue and that the new “after market” battery from autozone needed to be replaced with there $600 battery... read more
