Spent $800 on regular oil service and they denied to basic vacuum service. Better need find some other dealers next time
I had a terrible experience at your service center today. I acknowledge that my English is not perfect, but that does not justify how I was treated. I scheduled a simple oil change and dropped off my car. After that, the staff provided some information about additional services, but I only approved the oil change. However, after waiting for an hour and a half, my car was still not ready, so I went to the front desk to check. 1 star because can't put zero. Servicing 2023 CR-V hybrid for 2 year. Big mistake to go for service there. After last oil change I've noticed engine working laud, low mpg overall. Purchased oil and filter, did oil and filter change with my mechanic. CR-V works like a dream. Checked my cabin air filter - never replaced. I think they never changed oil filter, just pour some new oil. I think this is not service it is sabotage. Update today I changed engine air filter. They never done it in 2 years, 4 visits of their service.
