Had a bad experience with service, my 2015 jeep renegade took longer than expected to repair and the rental coverage was gonna end. But lucky Ricky from sales over heard and stepped in. He should me a couple of vehicles. So I set a appointment with him for Saturday. Came in on Saturday and he treated me awesome took time to show me vehicle and asked what I was looking for. Gave them 1 star because could not give them 0!! Horrible customer service from Oscar the so called manager to the mechanics are awful! Took my car in from a 45 min drive with some issues after changing my battery. My car had working Ac and was running fine. They gave it back where I couldn't drive 20 min without it overheating and leaving me stranded. Also no working AC. They want to charge $360 dólares to fix that issue.
