I had an appointment to look at a vehicle and I called the evening before to verify my appointment and that the vehicle was still available. Drove over an hour to see the vehicle to find out that it was sold the day before. It would have been nice to be notified that the vehicle was sold!!! Horrible customer service and communication! I will never do business with them

I bought a 2019 silverado 1500 lt last summer from this dealer ship. it had 56000 miles on it. with in a month. i had to replace the tourqe converter due to a tourqe converter shutter. even after replacing it. the tourqe converter still shuttered. i took it back to the dealership 3 times. they tell me nothing is wrong when clearly, something is wrong. 3 transmission shops told me replacement of the transmission is the only option and it costs 7000$ . will not ever buy another vehicle from this place again. i will never recom... read more
