I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation on Friday. I was there from 10:30‐1, when I was finally handed my keys. They "washed" the car which still had bugs on the front, hood and side mirrors. It takes me 45 minutes each way to get my car there for service. So 4 hours out of my day, then today, I did not drive my car this weekend, so Monday, my tire pressure light is on and my tire pressure is off in every tire. I recently went in to have my Lux application done on my new Mercedes. Every time that I go to Napleton, they are SO helpful. I pulled up in front and was looking at my phone. I was aware that someone had pulled up next to me and gone inside. It was Pete Fonfara. He came back out and started backing out. Then, he pulled back in next to me and got my attention. They do excellent job but their finese is poor.........no after job inspection. Your radio/electronics will be disconnected and nobody will notice. Your electrical console are left unclosed/uncovered. They give you another appointment like you have nothing else to do.
