I hope this review helps the next consumer. I have a mechanic that I usually use and they had looked at my car three times for the same issue. The third time I asked if they couldn’t figure out the issue if I need to actually go to a dealership for my Cadillac. I had appreciated the fact that my mechanic didn’t try to push a repair that he didn’t feel comfortable doing. My wife and I went in just shopping around for cars and Vecki came out and talked to us. Such a nice guy, no pressure or anything. Just nice conversation. We ended up leaving and coming back and bought a car and specifically asked for Vecki. He was super professional and courteous the whole time.
