Had a great experience at Napleton Cadillac in Libertyville, thanks to Keith and Pablo. Both were professional, straightforward, and easy to work with from start to finish. I’m 6’5” so fit and legroom were a real concern for me, and they took the time to make sure I ended up in the right vehicle instead of rushing me through it. No pressure, no games, just good honest service. Would absolutely go back to them for my next vehicle.

Good experience. My sales guy Noe was knowledgeable and not pushy, which I very much appreciated. I feel like I've left one star reviews for half the lots in town, so I guess I'm hard to please, and this was a definite good experience.
Keith Herrera and John Melus are consummate professionals. The exact opposite of what you don't want from a luxury auto dealers. 14 years and 7 Cadillacs later, my family and I trust them implicitly. Many years ago my son was tasked with writing an elementary school essay on someone he admires. He chose Keith Herrera. The time and interest and subtle encouragement Keith offered my son during a shopping visit is so telling of what a first class guy he is. And John Melus is right there too.
I drive Lincolns. Unfortunately, my Corsair was lightly damaged and Napleton Lincoln took my Corsair to Liberty Cadillac for collision repair. I am extremely particular and I was so impressed with the end result. I called and asked for the Manager. His name is Chris. I thanked him! I never thought I would be back.
