Great Service Department. Friendly and efficient.
I’d like to share my bad experience with Cadillac Napleton in Libertyville. From the moment I walked into the service department, it felt like I had boarded a ship run by drunk pirates. I purchased an Escalade IQ for business purposes, and from the very beginning, the experience was disappointing. They either don’t provide a loaner vehicle at all or give you one that’s not even close in size or function to what you need. Called ahead to set up appointment to see a particular car. Drove an hour and a half arriving at agreed to appointment time to find out upon arrival the car had previously been sold. No apologies but urged to take a look at a different car. Bait and switch at its finest.
