Took my wife's car for service, it was done right away, waiting room is very comfortable, with free coffee, latte, Carina was very attentive and friendly , make feel comfortable, it was definitely a good experience.
Had an initial good experience with Ryan, but then things went downhill. We had discussed a price with Ryan went to lunch to talk about it and when we came back the manager said he never agreed to it so we had to start from scratch. After a lot of back and forth and multiple 1 hr drives to and from Crystal Lake we finally agreed on a price and purchased the car.
