Ruhy, Julian, and Santino all took great care of me During a recent oil change on my wife’s car. I like coming to Valvoline because they are fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Shout out to this location specifically
All the upsells are kind of insane and completely destroys their credibility as an actual shop. The coupon doesn't work for the oil change that I need? (funny how that works) They broke my air cleaner housing and of course claimed that's how it was when I came in. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
A little over 5k miles ago, I had my oil changed here. Yesterday I had it changed elsewhere and that is when I learned that you all use a tool to put on oil filters on when is recommended to hand tighten. ... 3 different techs spent a ridiculous amount of time removing it, there was a moment, they thought I may have get it towed out to a shop. We can't even trust an oil change place to do an oil change correctly?? smh
