The purchasing documents were easily comprehensible and most important I got a great vehicle at an amazing price. Called to replace a speaker in a 2014 mazda cx5 and they ordered a speaker for a vehicle I don't have anymore. Out of laziness, they looked up my phone number and said "oh we got it" and pulled up an old vehicle AFTER I SPECIFICALLY SAID I OWN A DIFFERENT VEHICLE. Even offered to read then the VIN and they said "I have it here its fine". A week later I show up to have my speaker fixed and its for a completely different model vehicle.
