Called to schedule a recap with Josie and she was super helpful. Came in and met with Robin to get the repair done. Car was supposed to be ready on a Friday but was ready the next day. Super fast service and Josie and Robin were the best! Highly recommend the service department!
I wish Continental Audi would repurchase this business. The level of customer service and quality of the actual service have dropped precipitously.
I just bought my Q5 there from RJ who was incredible and extremely easy to work with. I got a phenomenal deal from him and didn't feel like I was being greased over during the sales process which made it really enjoyable. RJ made sure we got it done and I walked out of store with my car that day. He made sure they were flexible enough to help us get it purchased and financed quickly and easily. 10/10 would recommend
