Found them as association in internet. On my call for app. They ask me which Dr, no one known. Got an app in 4 weeks, but a call a week later to move it earlier.Messed up the time and missed. Called next day for a new app. Got it for next week. 10 minutes later another call told me , since I am a new patient cannot get in such short time an appointment, only in 6weeks. Dr. is fantastic. she is wonderful. Staff is horrible! Disorganized dont return calls as promised. They dont have e mail or texting ability. Not acceptable!!!!

Although the doctor is amazing her staff is rotten and disorganized. They told me they would call me at 1215pm to give me life altering test results and at 1215 i called them to find out i hadnt recd a call and they said they will call me now at 330. Ive been waiting and crying over the anticipation of the test and now i have to wait even longer. How do people like this stay employed

Dr Chon repaired wife's bladder mesh another Dr screwed up. Dr is currently treating her orig. problem.
